Shipping Providers:

We provide USPS, DHL, FedEx,  & UPS services available at checkout. We *highly* recommend the US Postal Service (even for international shipments) and DHL.  FedEx, is marginally acceptable and offered where available.  UPS is *not* recommended. They are slow to pick up, slow to deliver and, for international shipments, will charge exorbitant customs "brokerage" fees.

Pre-Order/Back Orders (see below for general notes)
If your order contains a Pre-Order, the **ENTIRE** order will not ship until all items are in hand.

Insurance:
We *highly* recommend you purchase additional insurance on high value items like the 1088XEL. If you have difficulty applying the insurance option in checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.

For international shipments:
Please be aware that your country may charge additional taxes or duties that we are neither aware of nor responsible for. Additionally, The Brewing Academy will not falsify customs forms by marking them for a lesser value than the sales price and/or marking it as a gift. It is against the law for us to do so and, as such, we have a strict policy on this matter. Thank you for your understanding.

As a general note:  

EVERYTHING is build to order.  Sometimes, we have items that we built ahead of time, so orders will go out immediately.  Most of the time, however, items will take time to build.  We generally ship out the same week an order is received (if it has to be built).  Sometimes, things take longer.  If you have a major build to order item (CV-NUC+, 576NUC+, 1088, etc) you will receive an email every two weeks about the status of your build.  Please make sure you check your spam folder for "macrorie@thebrewingacademy.com"
